This Privacy Policy explains how the CPU A app (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our application. By installing or using the app, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1.1 Device Information (Displayed Only)

CPU A reads technical information about your device to display it to you. This includes:

• CPU architecture and real-time frequencies
• RAM, storage, and battery status
• Device sensors and hardware specifications
• Network connectivity status

This highly detailed data is processed strictly on your device. It is not stored, uploaded, or shared by us in any way.

1.2 Foreground Services (Live Monitoring)

To provide you with real-time hardware tracking (such as live network speeds or active sensor monitoring), CPU A utilizes Android Foreground Services. When active, this service runs continuously and displays a persistent notification in your status bar to ensure you are always aware that live monitoring is taking place.

1.3 Background Analytics & Telemetry

To ensure CPU A remains stable across thousands of different Android devices, we collect basic, non-identifiable telemetry data in the background. This includes:

• Device Brand and Model
• Android OS Version
• App performance and crash logs

This data is used solely for diagnostic purposes—allowing us to identify hardware-specific bugs, improve app stability, and optimize future updates. It contains no personally identifiable information and cannot be used to track you individually.

CPU A uses Google AdMob to display advertisements to support continued development. AdMob may collect data such as:

• Advertising ID
• Device information
• App interactions
• Approximate location (for regional ad targeting)

You can disable personalized ads at any time in your device’s Google Ad Settings.

We strictly use analytics and diagnostic data for:

We do not sell your data, share it with any third party (other than Google AdMob for ad serving), or track your activity outside of CPU A.

We take reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect the diagnostic data we collect. However, no method of data transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure.

CPU A is a technical utility not specifically targeted at children, though it is safe for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

• You may disable personalized ads through your Android Google settings.
• You may stop background live monitoring at any time by closing the app or dismissing the foreground notification.
• You may uninstall the app at any time to immediately cease all data processing and telemetry.

We may update this policy occasionally to reflect new features or changes in regulations. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this document.
